The FMLA system will be unavailable due to maintenance from 3PM to 5PM on Monday March 30th.

If you are an employee of WisDOT, DFI, DSPS, PSC, HEAB or DOA and the attached agencies:

• Effective October 15, 2025, all NEW FMLA requests should be requested through this system.
• If you are updating or providing information for a request that was submitted PRIOR to October 15th, 2025, please work directly with your assigned Medical Coordinator.
